The 2018 Midwest Deafblind Transition Institute took place June 28 - July 1, 2018 at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater Campus in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The event included the following.

* Programs and fun for parents and kids
* High energy and interactive key note from Cody Colchado - Overcoming Barriers
* Work on individual transition plans
* Fun at Lake Whitewater- boating, water skiing, an afternoon on the lake
* Hands on with the latest assistive technology
* Access for all activities and workshops provided
* Dorms have individual rooms - set up like an apartment with four bedrooms.
